How to Apply
Application Requirements differ across the MS, Accelerated MS, and Graduate Certificate programs. Please refer to the respective instructions below:
Applying to: MSSCM
1. Prerequisites
All applicants to the MS Program must have completed/achieved the following:
- Completion of a one-semester college-level calculus or statistics course with a grade of "C" or better.
- An undergraduate degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a 4-year program at an accredited university or college.
- A minimum undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 for at least the last 2 years.
2. Access your online application account
New users can create an online account by clicking the "Apply Now" button to access our application system. Returning users can simply log in with their designated email and password.
3. Take and Submit Any Applicable Tests
The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) or GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is optional. While there are no specific minimum score requirements, a high score can strengthen your application.
4. Write Your Personal Essay
A personal essay is a required component of the MSSCM program application, and you'll find the prompt within the application itself. Remember, you can log in and out of your application as often as needed to complete it at your own pace!
5. Upload Your Unofficial Transcript
For application review, an unofficial copy of your transcript is sufficient. If you're admitted, we'll then need an official transcript sent directly from your institution.
6. Upload Your Resume
Please upload your current resume with your online application to help us understand your background better. Feel free to include any internship or work-study experience that you have.
7. Submit your application
After completing all required fields and submitting the necessary documents, you're ready to submit your application along with a non-refundable $75 application fee.

The MS in Supply Chain Management is available for Fall enrollment only.
Application deadline for Fall 2025 enrollment: July 23, 2025

- 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA
- 54 completed undergraduate credits
- Demonstrated quantitative rigor in undergraduate coursework

3. Write Your Personal Essay
Please provide a brief statement expressing your interest in applying to UConn's Accelerated MS in Supply Chain Management.
You can upload your response in the online application.
4. Upload Your Unofficial Transcript
For the purposes of reviewing your application, we ask for an unofficial UConn transcript. The requirement for admission to pursue an MSSCM is a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 for your undergraduate degree or for your last two years of your undergraduate program. Upon admission, we will require an official transcript from UConn.
5. Upload Your Resume
Please upload your current resume in your online application to provide us with insights into your background, including any internship or experiential learning experiences.
6. Submit your application
Please make sure you have filled out the application form, uploaded all necessary documents, sign and submit.
Accelerated International Students: At this time, candidates applying to the MS in Supply Chain Management are not eligible for F-1 or J-1 visa sponsorship at UConn. International students who need a student visa to study in the U.S. should consider a graduate degree option for which UConn sponsors F-1 or J-1 visas.
